Challenge:	Solution:
Develop five user manuals for five different systems in a short period of time.	Each KD2 team took a system and met with the appropriate SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).
Each system was accessed separately and had different interfaces.	The KD2 teams met on a regular basis to ensure there was no duplication of effort.
One system was being developed as we wrote the documentation.	A single person edited, formatted, and made revisions to the final version to ensure consistency and keep cost down.
Two systems were constantly being updated while we wrote the documentation.	KD2 kept up with the fast-paced revision cycles as systems were being built.
