Challenge:	Solution:
Develop interactive online training for a new web-based human resources application on a very tight schedule.	The online training had several modules. KD2 employed a phased approach. The instructional designer wrote each storyboard separately so that while the first storyboard was in approval, the second one was being written, and so on. This also allowed us to stagger the programming throughout the project. We were able to compress our schedule and meet the deadline.
The audience for this training was dispersed throughout the world, and no additional training would be given.	KD2 made the training simple and straightforward, breaking each component into its most basic steps. We reinforced learning with interactions and provided periodic checks for understanding.
